Frontline Corporation Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 30, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's shares by directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will remain closed from April 15, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results.
