Frontline Financial Services Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q3 2025 Results

Frontline Financial Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01st January, 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the submission of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to engage in any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during this period.
