Frontline Financial Services to change name to Aaryavart Enterprise

Frontline Financial Services Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, approved a proposal to change the company's name to Aaryavart Enterprise Limited. This change is subject to regulatory approvals and member approval via a special resolution. The Board also approved the draft Annual Report for FY 2025-26, the notice and agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026, and the provision of e-voting facilities for the AGM. Additionally, the Board considered a request for promoter reclassification for Mr. Tushar Shashikant Shah and noted the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Sejal Shah.
