Fruition Venture Appoints Independent Director & Secretarial Auditor

Fruition Venture Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Shivi Jindal as a Non-Executive Independent Director and M/s. B. K. Pradhan & Associates as Secretarial Auditor. Both appointments were approved by the company's members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting. Ms. Jindal's term as an Independent Director is for 5 years effective June 23, 2026. The Secretarial Auditor will serve for 5 consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. Ms. Jindal brings multidisciplinary experience in HR, business administration, insurance, compliance, and advisory services.
