Fruition Venture Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Fruition Venture Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. B K Pradhan & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-2031, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
