FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd to Acquire 39% Stake in Dot & Key Wellness and Invest in Earth Rhythm

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd, the parent company of Nykaa, has announced its decision to acquire a 39% stake in Dot & Key Wellness Private Limited from promoters/existing shareholders. The company also plans to invest in Earth Rhythm Private Limited, which will become a subsidiary of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd as a result. These transactions are subject to the execution of definitive transaction documents and other regulatory steps. Dot & Key, a subsidiary of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd, was incorporated in 2020 and is engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals, medicines, health care, cosmetics, and beauty products, among others. The acquisition is expected to be completed by September 30, 2024.
