Nykaa Re-appoints Adwaita & Anchit Nayar as Exec Directors

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd (Nykaa) has re-appointed Ms. Adwaita Nayar and Mr. Anchit Nayar as Whole-Time Directors designated as Executive Directors for a term of 5 years effective July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2031. Additionally, Ms. Anita Ramachandran and Mr. Milind Sarwate have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years effective July 15, 2026, until July 14, 2031. These re-appointments are subject to the approval of the company's members.
