Fujiyama Power Systems Limited announced key decisions from its Board Meeting held on August 24, 2026. The company approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar as a director, subject to member approval. Additionally, the board greenlit significant capacity expansions for Lithium Batteries (1 GWh at Ratlam) and the establishment of a new 1 GWh Tubular Batteries manufacturing facility in Hathras. Amendments to the Articles of Association were also approved to align with the Companies Act, 2013, making Joint Managing Directors rotational directors.
