Minerva Ventures Fund Acquires 6.33% Stake in Fundviser Capital (India) Ltd via Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares

Minerva Ventures Fund has acquired 5,00,000 shares carrying voting rights, which is 6.33% of the total share/voting capital and 6.33% of the total diluted share/voting capital of Fundviser Capital (India) Ltd. The acquisition was made through preferential allotment of equity shares pursuant to conversion of warrants. The equity share capital of Fundviser Capital (India) Ltd before the acquisition was Rs 5,91,50,000/- (59,15,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each) and after the acquisition, it became Rs 7,90,00,000/- (79,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each). The total diluted share/voting capital of the company after the acquisition is Rs 12,40,00,000/- (1,24,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each).
