Fusion Finance Sets Record Date for NCD Interest Payment

Fusion Finance Ltd has announced the record date for an interest payment on its secured, listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The record date is set for August 14, 2026, with the due date for the debentures being August 29, 2026. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 10.95% and interest is paid monthly. The principal amount for this interest payment is ₹1,39,50,000. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 60(2) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
