The contract, valued at ₹1,35,00,000 (exclusive of GST), covers AI, ML, Banking, Finance, and other skill-related courses. The engagement includes content development, learning material preparation, session recording, and final video production. The execution period extends up to March 31, 2027. The company confirmed no promoter interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction is not a related party deal.
