Future Consumer Ltd Extends EOI Deadline for Resolution Plans

Future Consumer Limited, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has issued a Corrigendum to Form G, extending the deadline for Prospective Resolution Applicants to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI). The original deadline was September 27, 2026, and the new deadline is October 12, 2026. This extension was approved by the Committee of Creditors. The Corrigendum was published in the Financial Express and Nav Shakti newspapers. Aegis Resolution Services Private Limited, acting as the Resolution Professional, is managing the process.
