OMPL Selected as Successful Resolution Applicant for Future Enterprises Cluster 3

Future Enterprises Ltd (FEL) has announced that Orissa Metaliks Private Limited (OMPL) has been selected as the Successful Resolution Applicant for Cluster 3 assets. This decision was made by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) with a 93.26% voting share during meetings held on May 21, June 1, and June 3, 2026. The approval followed e-voting which concluded on September 2, 2026, and is in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The approved resolution plan was submitted by OMPL on April 27, 2026, with an addendum on June 10, 2026.
