Future Market Networks to Surrender Lease Hold Rights of Diamond Plaza Mall for INR 60 Crore

Future Market Networks Ltd. announced the outcome of their Board Meeting held on October 15, 2025. The Board approved the surrender of lease hold rights vested with the Company with regard to the Diamond Plaza Mall in Kolkata to the original lessors, M/s Super Diamond Enterprises, for a total consideration of not less than INR 60 crore. The surrender is subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and the Members of the Company will be sought for the same by means of a special resolution. The mall, located at premises no. 1 Calcutta Jessore Road Kolkata — 700 055, was leased through a Lease Deed dated January 31, 2013. The expected date of completion of the sale is before 31 March 2026.
