Futuristic Securities Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Results, Auditor Change

Futuristic Securities Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also accepted the resignation of M/s. MAKK & Co. as Statutory Auditors due to their merger and approved the appointment of M/s. MKPS & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditors, subject to member approval. The 55th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
