Futuristic Solutions Board to meet Apr 29 for Q4/FY26 results & auditors

Futuristic Solutions Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on April 29, 2026. The key agenda items include considering and approving the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also discuss the re-appointment of the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting. In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for insiders will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
