RRP Semiconductor Board Meeting on Aug 13 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

RRP Semiconductor Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Report associated with these results. Additionally, the board may discuss other business matters as permitted by the Chair. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, continuing the closure previously intimated on June 26, 2026.
