Fire Incident at GG Automotive Gears Ltd Plant Disrupts Operations

A fire incident occurred at the works of GG Automotive Gears Ltd on February 04, 2026. The fire was promptly brought under control with the assistance of the local fire authorities. However, operations of certain sections at the Company’s Plant have been temporarily disrupted. The Company has already intimated the insurance company for the incident and insurance survey is expected to be conducted in due course. The details as required under the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, are given in Annexure -I. Further updates, if any, will be communicated in due course.
