G G Engineering Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure from April 01, 2026

G G Engineering Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026, and will continue till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course. Designated Persons are also informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the closure of the trading window.
