Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, G M Polyplast Limited has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, 'Regranix Private Limited', on 13th March, 2026. The company was incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and has been allotted CIN: U20131MH2026PTC469366. This development was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 09th February, 2026.
