G R Infraprojects Acquires Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission Limited for Rs. 18.88 Crores

G R Infraprojects Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited for the acquisition of Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission Limited (RNPTL). The acquisition was made to undertake the project ‘Transmission system for Evacuation of Power from RE Projects in Rajgarh (1500 MW) SEZ in Madhya Pradesh- Phase Ill and Evacuation of Power from RE Projects in Neemuch (1000 MW) SEZ in Madhya Pradesh-Phase II’. Post-acquisition, RNPTL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of G R Infraprojects Limited. The cash consideration for the acquisition was Rs. 18,88,04,664/- (Rupees Eighteen Crore Eighty-Eight Lakh Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Four Only) for the entire 50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. RNPTL is involved in Power Transmission and Distribution, and was incorporated on 17th June 2025.
