G R Infraprojects Emerges as L-1 Bidder for EPC Project by State Highway Authority of Jharkhand

G R Infraprojects Limited has emerged as the L-1 bidder for an EPC project invited by the State Highway Authority of Jharkhand. The project, worth INR 290.23 Crores, involves the construction of Giridih Bypass (towards Tundi) road with a total length of 26.672 Km. The project is to be completed within 24 months from the appointed date. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all designated persons is closed till 48 hours after the declaration/announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2025, in accordance with the SEBI regulations and the Company's Code of Prohibition of Insider Trading.
