G R Infraprojects Ltd Approves Acquisition of Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission Limited and Divestment of GR Bahadurganj Araria Highway Private Limited

G R Infraprojects Ltd has approved the acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited, subject to due diligence. The company also approved the divestment of 100% Equity stake/investment held in its wholly owned subsidiary Company viz. GR Bahadurganj Araria Highway Private Limited. The decision was made at the Board Meeting held on 26th September 2025.
