G R Infraprojects Ltd. Wins Arbitration Proceedings, Entitled to Rs. 106 Crores

G R Infraprojects Ltd. has been awarded an amount of Rs. 106,44,92,900/- plus future interest by the Arbitral Tribunal in relation to the Construction of Two Lane with Paved shoulder of Bhagalpur Bypass project. The project is located on Bhagalpur Section of National Highway No 80 in the State of Bihar under EPC mode of contract. The tribunal held that the claimant is entitled to receive the aforesaid amount plus future interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of this award till the date of realization. This settlement is not expected to have any negative impact on the financial position of the listed entity.
