G R Infraprojects Recommends B S R and Co as New Statutory Auditors

G R Infraprojects Ltd's Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has proposed the appointment of M/s. B S R and Co, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is consequent to the completion of the term of the current auditors, M/s. S R B C & CO LLP, at the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The proposed term for B S R and Co is five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 30th AGM until the conclusion of the 35th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. The Board meeting to consider this recommendation was held on June 20th, 2026.
