G R Infraprojects Wins ₹91.6 Cr MMLP Project in Varanasi

G R Infraprojects Limited has been declared the successful bidder for the Development, Operation and Maintenance of a Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The project, awarded by Varanasi MMLP Limited, will be executed on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) model. The construction period is one year from the appointed date, followed by a concession period of 45 years. The total consideration for the project is ₹91.60 Crores. The company has also informed that the trading window for its securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
