G-Tech Info-Training Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013, held a separate meeting of the Independent Directors for the Financial Year 2025-26 on March 20, 2026.
