HDFC Mutual Fund Sells 2.84% Stake in Gabriel India

HDFC Mutual Fund has reduced its shareholding in Gabriel India Limited by 2.84%, bringing its total stake down to 6.33% as of August 11, 2026. This sale follows a previous disclosure on March 3, 2022, where the fund's aggregate holding was 9.17%. The transaction was executed through open market sales. The disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total paid-up equity share capital of Gabriel India has also increased.
