Gabriel India to issue 1.44 Cr shares for HL Mando acquisition

Gabriel India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the preferential issuance of 1,44,04,204 equity shares to Asia Investments Private Limited as part consideration for acquiring a 28.99% stake in HL Mando ANAND India Private Limited. The total consideration for the acquisition is up to INR 18,81,03,05,962/-, with INR 18,81,03,05,962/- discharged via equity shares and the balance INR 3,50,00,00,953/- in cash. This move is strategic for consolidating the automotive components sector and enhancing stakeholder value. The board also approved un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
