Gabriel Pet Straps Ltd Proposes to Appoint Mrs. Rupalben Pranavkumar Shah as Independent Director

Gabriel Pet Straps Ltd, formerly known as Gabriel Pet Straps LLP, has proposed to appoint Mrs. Rupalben Pranavkumar Shah as an Independent Director for a term of five years, effective from April 03, 2026. The proposal is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to the approval of shareholders by way of a Special Resolution. Mrs. Shah has confirmed that she meets the criteria of independence as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. None of the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and their relatives are concerned or interested in the resolution, financially or otherwise, except to the extent of their shareholding.
