Gabriel Pet Straps Ltd. Revises Equity Shares Allotment to 18,13,996 and Announces Fully Convertible Warrants Allotment

Gabriel Pet Straps Ltd. has revised the number of equity shares allotted to 18,13,996 from the earlier communicated 18,09,796. The company has also announced the allotment of 15,30,000 fully convertible warrants, each convertible into one fully paid-up equity share of the Company. Additionally, 67,708 equity shares have been allotted upon conversion of warrants into fully paid-up equity shares on a preferential basis to investors. The equity shares allotted on exercise of conversion of warrants shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. The paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 7,48,00,440/-.
