Gaekwar Mills Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Gaekwar Mills Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders. The window will be shut from Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 5:00 PM onwards, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026.
