Independent Director, Mipan Shah, Resigns from Gaekwar Mills Ltd Due to Pre-occupation

In a recent meeting held on November 14, 2025, Gaekwar Mills Ltd announced the resignation of its Independent Director, Mipan Shah (DIN 02436963), due to his pre-occupation and other personal commitments. The meeting, which started at 6:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:30 p.m., also approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Mr. Shah will also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company. The Company has requested to take his resignation on record.
