Gaekwar Mills Ltd Closes Trading Window in Compliance with Insider Trading Regulations

Gaekwar Mills Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives and other Insiders. The closure is pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for all designated persons of the Company, their immediate relatives and other insiders will be closed from Tuesday, March 31, 2026, 5:00 P.M. onwards until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the 4th quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 to the public.
