Gaekwar Mills Seeks Extension for 97th AGM

Gaekwar Mills Ltd is applying to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, for an extension to convene its 97th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26. The AGM, originally scheduled within the statutory period, had to be adjourned due to lack of requisite quorum. The company plans to hold the AGM on October 2, 2026, and is seeking an extension of up to three months from September 30, 2026. This application is being made in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the Companies Act, 2013.
