GAIL (India) Limited has announced that its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company also fixed Wednesday, September 2, 2026, as the 'Record Date' for determining the entitlement of members to receive the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval at the AGM. Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered.
