
GAIL (India) Ltd Reports Nine-month PAT of ₹5,706 Crores for FY2025-26
GAIL (India) Ltd reported a Revenue from Operations of ₹1,03,899 crores for the nine months ended 31st December 2025, a increase from ₹1,01,580 crores in the corresponding period of financial year 2024-25. The Profit before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹7,387 crores, and the Profit after Tax (PAT) at ₹5,706 crores, both significantly higher than the previous year. The financial year 2024-25 included an exceptional income of ₹2,440 crores on account of Arbitration Settlement with M/s. SMTS. The Average Natural Gas Transmission volume stood at 125.45 MMSCMD in Q3 FY26, and the Company has commissioned 1,182 Kms of the Mumbai Nagpur Jharsuguda Pipeline, crossing GAIL’s operational Natural Gas Pipeline network length to 18,000 Kms. GAIL Global IFSC Limited, GAIL’s wholly owned subsidiary company at GIFT City, has commenced business operations within the first year of its incorporation. The Company has declared an interim dividend @ 50% of face value for the financial year FY 2025-26 i.e., ₹5 per share.
