Shri S.K. Sinha has assumed the role of Director (Finance) at GAIL (India) Limited, a prominent integrated energy company. Sinha, a Cost and Management Accountant with over three decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, accounting, investor relations, taxation, and treasury operations. He has been instrumental in strengthening GAIL's financial systems, enhancing investor engagement, and driving strategic financial decisions. His prior roles include Executive Director (Finance & Accounts), and he has held various key positions since joining GAIL in 1994. Sinha's contributions include value creation through governance, cost optimization, investment appraisals, treasury management, and digital transformation initiatives in finance.
