Galada Power & Telecommunication Ltd. to Increase Authorised Capital and Alter Memorandum of Association

Galada Power & Telecommunication Ltd. has called for an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 27.03.2026 to consider and approve the increase in Authorised Capital and related changes in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. The proposed increase in Authorised Capital will be from Rs. 11,00,00,000/- to Rs. 11,75,00,000/-, divided into 1,17,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Company will also alter the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association accordingly. The EGM Notice, consent of Members, and necessary authorization for the Board have been attached.
