Galada Power & Telecommunication Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 13th March, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The entire shareholding of the Promoters (designated persons) of the Company is under lock-in-period upto 31st December, 2026.
