Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd. Approves Slump Sale of Business for INR 9.25 Crore

Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 27th October, 2025. The Board approved the sale of the Company's business undertaking, comprising the manufacturing and trading activity of Agricultural Equipments and Bearings (Forged Rings), on a slump sale basis to Forgex Rings Private Limited. The sale is expected to be completed by the end of the last quarter of FY25-26, with the purchaser, Forgex Rings Private Limited, being a non-related entity incorporated under the laws of India. The rationale behind the slump sale is the unprofitability of the present business and the intention to utilize the funds received for the development of a new business line, subject to approval from members and other required authorities.
