Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd Finalizes Rights Issue at Rs. 35.87 per Share

Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd has finalized the basis of allotment for its rights issue. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on 5th March 2026, allotted 13159102 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10.00 each at a price of Rs. 35.87 per share (including a premium of Rs. 25.87 per share) to the applicants whose applications were considered and accepted by the Board of the Company. The allotment was approved by the Stock Exchange.
