Galaxy Agrico Exports MD Resigns, New MD Appointed

Galaxy Agrico Exports Limited announced a change in its top management. Mr. Prashant Sudhir Khairnar has resigned as Managing Director, effective October 21, 2026, due to a change in professional commitments. He will continue to serve as a Director. Concurrently, the Board has appointed Mr. Gaurang Shah as Additional Director and Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shah brings approximately 15 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance.
