Galaxy Supermarket: Sunil Samal Resigns as Non-Executive Director

Mr. Sunil Samal has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director of Galaxy Supermarket Ltd, effective May 21, 2026, due to personal reasons. Consequently, he will also cease to be a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The Board of Directors has acknowledged and appreciated his contributions to the company. The company has complied with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January, 2026.
