Gallantt Ispat Fixes Record Date for Final Dividend

Gallantt Ispat Ltd has announced the fixation of a record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive a final dividend, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date is set for Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The company is also facilitating remote e-voting from September 27 to September 29, 2026, and e-voting during the AGM on September 30, 2026. The proposed dividend is Rs. 2/- (20%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Book closure for the dividend will be from September 24 to September 30, 2026.
