Trading Window for Gallard Steel Ltd Shares to Close from 1st April, 2026

Gallard Steel Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed from 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE circulars. All Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons/Employees, Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
