Gammon India Appoints Radhakrishnan Nair Bhaskaran Pillai as Independent Director

Gammon India Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Radhakrishnan Nair Bhaskaran Pillai as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via Circular Resolution on August 4, 2026, upon recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Pillai, a Civil Engineer with 35 years of experience in construction and site management, will hold office until the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Subject to shareholder approval, he is slated for a five-year term from August 3, 2026, to August 2, 2031. He is not related to any existing directors or key managerial personnel and is not debarred from holding directorship by any authority.
