Gandhar Oil Refinery Declares Interim Dividend of ₹2 Per Share

Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd announced the declaration of an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share for the financial year 2026-27. The record date for this dividend has been fixed as July 24th, 2026. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. The company also scheduled its 34th Annual General Meeting for September 11th, 2026, and appointed Mr. Shyam Chandrabhan Agrawal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
