Anil Kumar Dedhia sold 8,50,000 shares of Ganesh Benzoplast Limited, representing 1.18% of the total share capital, via open market transaction. This sale reduces his holding from 4.63% to 3.45%. Consequently, the total shareholding of Anil Kumar Dedhia, Sandhya Anil Dedhia, Anil V Dedhia (HUF), and Vasanji Shamji Dedhia (HUF) collectively decreased from 5.56% to 4.38%.
