Anil Kumar Goel & Seema Goel Acquire Shares in Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd

According to a disclosure under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Anil Kumar Goel and Seema Goel have acquired shares in Ganesh Benzoplast Limited. The total shares acquired by the Goels amount to 28,00,000, which is 3.89% of the total share/voting capital. This acquisition also includes warrants and convertible securities. The total equity share capital and total voting capital of the company remains the same at Rs. 7,19,89,421 consisting of 7,19,89,421 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 (one) each fully paid, both before and after the acquisition.
